I worked as a foundraiser for Amnesty International during these holidays :) It was really great to know that you are helping those whose rights are broken! However, people tend to pretend they can't see you or to say that they haven't got any time (even when you can see they are not in a hurry).
Remember, it is a difficult but very rewarding work! The possibility of helping other people or the environment is always a good motivation so don't give up whenever you feel tired, cold or when people pretend they can't see you- there will always be a person in a crowd of people that will be will be eager to make a difference! :)
