Dear Young Explorers,
Today I met with Zula (she is going to Canada Expedition - congrats one more time!) and she gave my the funniest gift ever - the bottles of Orangina! :D When I was on the camp Orangina was one of the sponsors of Pangaea. I remember that we drank it during the break between canoeing and river rafting!! And now when I got it it felt like the camp was yesterday... I was watching all the photos from Zula's camp and I start thinking about my own. What awesome things we did and how it has changed my life. I will never forget parachuting! Thank you Mike Horn Team for giving us this opportunity to do it. The undescrible feeling of freedom when you are flying in the sky - it is sth what you can't forget. And when we were coming down a little bit we had started doing some tricks in the sky! That was the best part of it! Unfortunately my stomach didn't feel as good as I did. :D The famous Raid showed me that there is no such a thing that you can't do. Always if you want sth you just need to push a little harder and I understood it perfectly and now I'm using it in my life. The camp was just the beginning of a great adventure which is a head of us. And my adventure didn't finish after the camp even though I wasn't seleceted for the expedition. Now I'm going to participate in the project organized in Serbia together with Geberit and I'm looking forward to help to make a school in Kraljevo a better place for students. I'm so happy that we are going to share our knowledge with the students there and educate them about the environement. :)
So if you weren't selected for the expedition - don't worry! You were chosen for the selection camp! And it is a great priviledged. And now you should act to make our planet a better place! There is a lot of things in which you can act - for example Pangaea Green Wave! Which showed that even if we live in different countries we can act together. I'm waiting for the second edition of it. :D
Anyway, now drinking Orangina (:D) and writing this blog I feel like I miss the most the spirit and the atmosphere which is during the camp and of course Young Explorers. You guys are amazing, I'm glad that I got to know you because we can learn from each other a lot. All the talks which we had or the meetings (like today's one with Zula) make me wanna act. And these are not just empty words. On Tuesday I will meet with Zula again and we will start trying to organize a small project in Cracow. We will keep you update about the results!
Greetings from Poland! Remember that you are always welcome to visit me. :)
