A beautiful description of the circle of life

Hey,

I've read a wonderful book, Tongue by the Japanese writer Jo Kyung-Ran. It's a novel about love, wrath and cooking.
On the last page, I found a beautiful quote that I just want to share with you!

"But now it is time to go back to our own places. To feel more, to remember even more.
I realize that we, finally, are back at the very first moment. We just didn't know that we would become trees, grown apart.
Trees that have grown apart in such a way that they can't do anything else but collecting sunlight at different levels.
The soil is always full of living things, but everything starts to die the moment of its birth.
Some things flourish, some things perish, other things are born again, and some things just float away.
Every living thing changes on its turn. Now, it's not important to go somewhere in particular, but to keep moving.
In the dark, I quickly sweep away a tear on my cheek with the back of my hand and I softly push the slice of tongue on the fork between his red lips, in his mouth."

I'd love to share more things with you, so, if you love something - a picture, quote, book, or just a moment or anything else, put it in your blog :D

O yeah by the way I've got a new blog as well (photographs, lyrics, metaphysical stuff, quotes, ...):
