I was told a few times before that I always have cynical views on this life, at a very young age...
But I believe I'm just one precocious child born to this world with nonparallel thoughts. My family and friends often find me different than the rest, but I guess that's just how we all are. Everyone is unique in their own way. Let me share a little bit of my background with you guys. Get ready to puke reading all these words coming right up.

I was born on the 24th November 1992. A day after Miley Cyrus was. Well, I have no idea what's the significance of that, but I'll just leave it that way. I am the eldest son and today, I already have five children. :)

Kidding. I have a younger brother, and 4 younger sisters, who are 17, 14, 7, 5 and 1.

My dad is one of the most intelligent people I've ever known in my whole life. He's always inspired me in certain ways. He's always been involved with the local agriculture development business and production sector. He taught me that to live the life you dream, sometimes you are required to make big sacrifices. But in the end, it will all turn out good and worth it for you. So no regret there people. My mum used to work for the Saudi Bin Laden Group. Relax, we're not terrorists. But she's quit and now a full time housewife.

Humans are so dependant on mother nature, have always been, and will always be, despite how powerful one might appear to be.

I tend to question a lot in this life. Even the simplest or the most intricating thing could trigger my nerve. Rather than just talking, I like taking actions instead. This life, is all about making the right choices for me. However, as a perfectly human being, I fail too sometimes. We are often consumed by our own lives, internally blinded by our own desires, and lust over materials, until we forget the ultimate reason we're being made or created by God. Yes I'm a man with a religious belief, in case you're wondering, but not primitive or barbaric. Whatever may your belief be, it's your soul and heart that make who you are. God didn't give us the license to exist on this planet just so that we can exploit its every resource until the well is completely dried up and nothing more is left for people behind us, destroying the world with our small hands. Thus shall we honour this trust and covenant we have with God, so that our lives are always blessed. We witness great unjustice all around the globe today. If we only keep silent, then we are no different than opressors. The reality and appearance are no doubt two great contradictions.

Possess an adventurous-driven soul, full of determinations, sometimes still insecure but level of self-esteem is sufficient enough to let survive, imaginative and creative, very friendly and sociable, love the colours white and pastels, small in size but always big on the inside, an intelligent risk taker, carry a very distinct personality that is sometimes hard for people around me to get, and last but not least, am constantly seeking for a new level of exploration in this short life.

Sports involvement:

Generally I enjoy running, swimming, diving, kayaking, cycling, rock climbing, caving, playing badminton and a few other sports including some extreme ones.

Pangaea-YEP Expeditions:

True that Pangaea Young Explorers Program is more than just about the expeditions, but the 'expeditions' is indeed a big part of this program. Why am I constantly trying out my luck to apply to go to the selection camp in Switzerland, and embark on an expedition along with Mike Horn? You see, when I die, I would not even possess close to 1 percent of the knowledge there is in the world. So while I'm still alive, I am going to grab as many opportunities available, to learn, explore and act! I am hoping to make it through the second stage of selection for the expedition to Africa, to earn myself a place in Switzerland, so that I can push myself even further, in envisioning a more sustainable world for everybody.

One of my dreams: is to put on my ugly boots, t-shirt, and a pair of shorts, carry a big back pack and just walk around the planet. I wanna go to Africa, see the wildlife there and feed the hungry kids, I wanna go to Bangladesh and take a peek at the life there on my own, I wanna sleep by the street in Pakistan for a night...I'd also like to strut down the fifth avenue, in NYC, party in Times Square and lay down on the green grass at the park nearby the eiffel tower, and just gaze at the stars up in the sky at night. Salzburg, Austria, is where I hope to cycle in town someday, I wanna dance underneath the beautiful trees in Kyoto, and who knows what else...
